Turnkey CEMS for power plants, incinerators, refineries, cement, steel and palm oil mills, with gas and dust analysers plus DAS/DIS. Supplied by LKS Malaysia.

About this range

Full System

A full continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) brings together everything a stack needs to report its emissions: gas analysers, a dust or opacity analyser, sampling hardware and the data acquisition and data interface systems that pass readings to the Department of Environment. Each complete CEMS here is configured for a specific industry and the pollutants it must measure. Plant owners, environmental officers and EPC contractors in Malaysia source these turnkey systems from LKS, along with installation and commissioning.

Our range

  • CEMS for power plants: boilers and combustion turbines above 10 MWe, measuring SO2, NO2, CO and total PM with heated sample lines and triboelectric or double-pass dust monitors.
  • CEMS for waste incinerators: the broadest gas list, covering total PM, NMVOC as total carbon, HCl, HF, SO2, NO2 and CO.
  • CEMS for oil and gas refineries: SO2 and total PM from catalytic cracking and calcination units.
  • CEMS for cement plants: SO2, NO2 and dust for kilns, plus glass, rotary and ceramic furnaces; a related non-metallic industries package serves glass, ceramics and quicklime.
  • CEMS for ferrous iron and steel mills: sinter plants, coke ovens, blast furnaces, basic oxygen and electric arc furnaces; a non-ferrous version covers copper, zinc, lead and aluminium production.
  • CEMS for palm oil mills: total PM and opacity, using light scatter or beta absorption extractive methods, or transmissometry, triboelectric, double-pass and single-pass in-situ methods.
  • Dust and opacity packages for rice, saw and sugar mills, the sugar mill version checked against 50 mg/m³ and 20% opacity limits.

Applications

  • Power plant boiler stacks
  • Combustion turbines
  • Waste incinerators
  • Refinery process heaters and catalytic crackers
  • Cement kilns, glass and ceramic furnaces
  • Steel and non-ferrous smelting
  • Palm oil, rice, saw and sugar mill boilers

How to choose

  • Start from the pollutants your licence lists: dust and opacity only, or gases such as SO2, NO2, CO, HCl and HF.
  • Pick extractive sampling or in-situ analysers for each gas to suit stack temperature, moisture and access.
  • Confirm how the DAS and DIS must transmit data to the authority's server.

LKS designs, installs, calibrates and maintains complete CEMS packages across Malaysia. Speak to our emission monitoring engineers for a system proposal or quotation for your stack.
