Warranty depends on the product and is stated in its catalogue and quotation. For example, our electromagnetic flow meter carries an 18-month warranty.

Yes. Our project work covers design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, service, repair and training for client operators.

Yes. We test on site to reduce disruption, verify accuracy against the relevant standards, and hand over a calibration report and certification, as we did for the dissolved oxygen sensors at IWK Sunway Kayangan.

Yes. We provide periodical and preventive maintenance, tailored to your specification, to keep instruments accurate, keep valves healthy and reduce instrument-related failures and downtime.

Yes. Our remote monitoring units share plant data to the cloud, and we integrate existing systems onto SCADA. At the IWK STP 2 Biogas Plant we installed wireless devices at six stations with a main PLC and a three-tier monitoring system.
