About this range
Pressure Instruments
Pressure instruments measure the force a gas or liquid exerts in a pipe, vessel or pump line and convert it into a signal for control systems or a local display. Pressure readings protect equipment, keep processes stable and are often used to infer level and flow. Water treatment plants, pump stations, boiler houses and chemical processors rely on pressure transmitters every day. LKS supplies pressure instruments in Malaysia, from compact transmitters for tight spaces to smart HART units for hazardous areas.
Our range
- Smart Pressure Transmitter: microprocessor-based, with DP, GP, AP and HP sensor inputs, 4–20 mA with HART, configurable zero, span, unit and fail mode, self-diagnostics and explosion-proof approvals.
- Digital Pressure Transmitter SPD2: ceramic piezoresistive sensor and SUS316 port, −1 to 250 bar at 0.25% F.S., a red LED display with selectable units and min/max memory.
- Compact Pressure Transmitter PT: fully stainless steel with a 316L diaphragm, gauge or absolute ranges from −1 … 0 bar to 0 … 400 bar, ±0.5% F.S. accuracy (±0.25% option) and IP65 protection.
- Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter FDPT: a 316L flush diaphragm for sanitary applications, 0–35 kPa to 0–20 MPa, ±0.5% accuracy and Ex ia IIC T6 intrinsic safety.

How to choose
- Pressure type: differential, gauge, absolute or high pressure.
- Range and medium, including temperature and whether a flush diaphragm is needed to avoid clogging.
- Hazardous areas: choose explosion-proof or intrinsically safe versions.
- Output: 4–20 mA, voltage, HART or a local digital display.
