Our range

• Tube cleaning system TCM-LK-V1: the second-generation LKS electric cleaner for straight boiler and heat exchanger tubes of 1¼" to 4" internal diameter.
• Tube cleaning system TCM-LK-V2: 2 HP or 3 HP electric drive for straight and curved tubes of ½" to 4" ID in boilers, evaporators, juice heaters and vacuum pans, with flexible shafts up to 50 ft.
• Tube cleaning system TCM-LK-V3: water- or air-driven, developed by LKS to solve the flexible shaft snap problem, for ¾" to 4" tubes and bends of 230 to 520 mm radius.
• Tube cleaning machine and tools: an electric machine with simultaneous water flush for straight, bent and tee tubes in water tube boilers, plus scrapers, cutter heads and flare cone tools.
• Portable tube cleaning machine PORTO: a complete chiller cleaning kit with two flexible shafts, 25 nylon brushes and a foot switch.
• Boiler cleaner and tools: electric, pneumatic and water-driven cleaners for tubes from ¼ inch ID, with pneumatic models for areas where electric equipment is hazardous.
• Flexible shafts: LNFSC nylon shafts for 6.4 to 35 mm ID and LBFS steel shafts from 6 to 30 m.
