Electrochemical Gas Analyzer

The MGL series electrochemical gas analyser measures gas concentration with ECD sensors for emission and process monitoring. Gas diffuses into the sensor through a small capillary opening and a hydrophobic barrier to reach the electrode surface, where it is oxidised or reduced. This reaction produces an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The analyser is built in a 19-inch 4U panel or a wall-mount panel, gives an accuracy of ±1% F.S. with a 2 s response time, and reports through a 4–20 mA analogue output and RS485 Modbus RTU for connection to plant control or data systems.

How it works
