About this range
Multigas Analyzer
A multigas analyzer measures several flue gas components with one instrument, so a continuous emission monitoring system needs fewer separate analysers to install, calibrate and maintain. Plants that must report SO2, NOx, CO, CO2 and O2 together, such as boiler and power plant operators submitting data to the Department of Environment (DOE), rely on them for stack and process gas monitoring. LKS supplies the MGL series of multigas analysers in Malaysia, with four measuring principles to suit different gases and concentrations.
Our range
- UV DOAS Gas Analyzer (MGL Series): ultraviolet differential optical absorption for SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, CO, CO2 and more; unaffected by moisture and dust, with no optical moving parts and detection limits down to 1 mg/m³ for SO2, NO and NO2.
- NDIR Gas Analyzer MGL Series: single-source, two-beam Micro-Flow infrared measurement of several gases at once, with dual ranges and SO2 and NO readings that H2O does not disturb.
- TDLAS Gas Analyzer: tunable diode laser absorption with a White cell folded path up to 30 m, measuring O2, CO, CO2, H2S, H2O, HCl, HF, NH3 and CH4 with a 1 s response and no background-gas cross-interference.
- Electrochemical Gas Analyzer: ECD sensors with ±1% F.S. accuracy and a 2 s response, in a 19-inch rack or wall-mount panel.

How to choose
- Start from the gases and ranges your permit or process requires.
- Trace HCl, HF or NH3 points to TDLAS; SO2 and NOx at low levels to UV DOAS or NDIR.
- Consider stack temperature, moisture and dust load at the sampling point.
- Check the signal your data acquisition system expects, such as 4–20 mA or RS485 Modbus RTU.
