Overview
About the Float-Less Water Level Control FLR-WLAPC.
The FLR-WLAPC float-less water level control is a level alarm and pump control system assembled specifically for pump control and level control in industrial and marine applications. Instead of a mechanical float, it uses stainless steel electrodes mounted in a cast steel head unit, connected to a plug-in controller that switches the pump and raises level alarms. The controller supports High, Normal, Low and Low Low sensing modes, and the electrode cable can run up to 1000 m from the controller, so the panel can be installed well away from the vessel.
Features
- No float or moving parts in the vessel: level is sensed by stainless steel 304 electrodes
- Sensing modes: High, Normal, Low and Low Low
- Two LEDs show the pump control status
- Relay contact rating 5 A, 250 VAC (resistive load)
- Electrode cable length up to 1000 m
- Mechanical life of 5 million operations minimum, electrical life of 100,000 operations minimum
- Compact plug-in controller (50 H × 40 W × 58 D) on a PF113A socket
- Cast steel head unit with DN100 PN40 head flange, rated to 21 kg/cm²
Options
- Electrode length 500 mm as standard, other lengths on request
- Optional chamber unit with 275 mm centre-to-centre side flanges (DN40 PN40), other sizes on request
Applications
- Automatic pump control
- High and low level alarms
- Industrial applications
- Marine applications
