Level Switch

Our range

• Capacitive level switch CLS: no moving parts, for solids, powders and liquids, with an SS304/SS316 induction rod, SPDT 5 A relay, IP65 housing and versions rated up to 900 °C.
• Rotary paddle level switch RPL: a fully sealed design with an oil seal against dust, adjustable torque and versions up to 200 °C, mounted vertically or horizontally on silos and bins.
• Float level switch 506: one to nine IP68 floats in ABS, PVC, PP or 316SS on one flanged holder, mercury-free micro or reed switches, adjustable by moving the floats.
• Float-less water level control FLR-WLAPC: SS304 electrodes sense High, Normal, Low and Low Low levels, with 5 A relay contacts and sensor cable runs up to 1000 m, for industrial and marine use.
• Floatless water level control WLAPC-FL-PN16XX: a conductive probe with SS316 electrodes, IP65 housing and threaded or PN16/25/40 flanges, rated up to 21 kg/cm².

How to choose

• Bulk solids and powders: capacitive or rotary paddle switches.
• Conductive liquids such as water: floatless electrode controls with no moving parts in the vessel.
• Several switch points on one mounting: the multi-float 506.
• High process temperatures: check the capacitive and rotary high-temperature versions.
