WSCL1001 Chlorine Sensor

The WSCL1001 chlorine sensor measures residual chlorine continuously using a three-electrode configuration based on the half-cell reference principle. It has a working, a counter and a reference electrode. A membrane allows only chlorine species to be consumed at the working electrode, while a voltage is applied between the counter and working electrodes. As chlorine is consumed, the change in current is detected and compared with the constant reference, giving a stable chlorine reading. The sensor also measures temperature and suits water treatment, drinking water and disinfection applications.
