Overview

About the PMDO1001 Portable Dissolved Oxygen Meter.

The PMDO1001 portable dissolved oxygen meter measures dissolved oxygen with a polarographic electrode and needs no membrane change. An ultra-low-power microcontroller handles measurement and control, giving low power consumption, high reliability and intelligent measurement. A built-in temperature sensor provides real-time temperature compensation, and the meter also reads atmospheric pressure. Operation is simple and one-handed. It is used to monitor DO in boiler water and condensate, in thermal power plants, in power plant demineralised water and wherever trace oxygen content must be checked.

Features

  • Polarographic dissolved oxygen electrode, no membrane change required
  • Built-in temperature sensor for real-time temperature compensation (ATC/MTC)
  • DO range 0.00 … 20.0 mg/L and 0.0 … 500% saturation, accuracy ±0.5% FS
  • Atmospheric pressure measurement 300 … 1100 hPa
  • Simple, one-handed operation with LCD display
  • Stores calibration data and 99 groups of measurement data
  • Runs on 4 × AA batteries or rechargeable NiMH cells

Applications

  • Boiler water and condensate
  • Thermal power plants
  • Power plant desalted (demineralised) water
  • Locations with trace oxygen content
