About this range
Level Gauge
A level gauge gives operators a direct, easy-to-read view of the liquid level in a boiler, tank or process vessel, often as a backup to transmitters and a quick check during plant rounds. Glass and magnetic level gauges need no power supply, which makes them dependable on boilers, deaerators and pressure vessels. Power plants, chemical plants and factories with steam boilers rely on them daily. LKS (M) Sdn. Bhd. supplies level gauges and their spare parts throughout Malaysia.

Our range
- Reflex level gauge: a single prismatic borosilicate glass giving a clear dark and bright reading, rated PN16, PN25 or PN40.
- Reflex U-bolt level gauge: a U-bolt body with type B glass, rated PN64.
- Transparent level gauge: two glass plates showing total and interface level, with an optional illuminator and mica shields for steam.
- Bi-colour level gauge: double reflex or transparent glass for colourless, very fluid liquids, from PN40 upwards.
- Tubular level gauge: a borosilicate glass tube for low-pressure tanks, up to 10 bar at 110 °C.
- Magnetic bypass level gauge: an SS304 or SS316 chamber with a magnetic bar graph for aggressive, toxic or hot liquids, with optional analog output.
- Level gauge cock: isolating cocks with an automatic ball check that limits fluid loss if the glass breaks.
- Gauge gaskets and packing: gaskets, gland packing and mica shields for gauge glass assemblies.
Applications
- Steam boilers and deaerators
- Feed water heaters and surge vessels
- Chemical processing tanks
- Oil and water separators
- Low-pressure storage tanks
How to choose
- Check process pressure and temperature against the gauge rating.
- Use transparent or bi-colour glass where interface or colourless liquids must be seen.
- Choose a magnetic bypass gauge for hazardous or aggressive media.
- Confirm the visible range and the flange connections on the vessel.
