Tube Cleaning System TCM-LK-V2

The TCM-V2 tube cleaning machine is an economical, electrically driven system for removing scale from boiler, evaporator, juice heater and vacuum pan tubes. A 2 HP or 3 HP motor turns a heavy-duty flexible shaft that carries a rotating cutter or brush through the tube, while water flushes the loosened deposit out. It suits all boiler types with tube bores from ½ inch (12 mm) to 4 inches (102 mm), and the flexible shaft follows bends down to a 250 mm radius at 180°. Regular descaling keeps palm oil mills and general industrial plants running efficiently, and the machine cleans quickly without damaging tube walls.

• Cleans tubes of ½ to 4 inch (12–102 mm) internal diameter
• Minimum bending radius 250 mm at 180°, for straight and curved tubes
• Flexible shaft with abrasion-resistant blue nylon casing, galvanised core, internally lubricated shaft insert, strain relief and colour-coded shaft stop
• Flexible drives of 15, 25, 35 or 50 ft, ¾ inch with ½ inch core
• Flexible shafts and accessories for wet or dry cleaning
• Electric and air drives, plus water drives, available

How it works

• The motor rotates the shaft core inside its casing
• A cone cutter or wheel brush at the shaft end breaks up the deposit
• Water flushes the loosened scale out of the tube

• Single and double cone assemblies (SCA, DCA) for straight tubes 29–59 mm and curved tubes 32–60 mm I.D.
