Boiler Cleaner and Tools

This boiler cleaner and tools range from Bont Technologies removes scale and deposits from the tubes of boilers, chillers, condensers, evaporators, absorption machines and heat exchangers. A cleaning tool, such as a brush or cutter head, is rotated through the tube at the tip of a flexible shaft while water fed through the shaft casing flushes the loosened deposits out. Electric, air-driven and water-driven machines are available, so the range suits palm oil mill evaporators, juice heaters and vacuum pan tubes as well as general industrial plant.

• TCM-V1 (dry type): electric economy cleaner for tubes of 1¼–4 inch ID; 240 VAC or 415 VAC, 50 Hz; 2 HP and 3 HP machines approx. 46 kg
• TCM-V2 (wet type): electric economy cleaner for tubes of ½–4 inch ID, juice heaters and vacuum pans; smallest bending radius 250 mm at 180 °C
• BT-L series (BT-3L to BT-6SL): electric condenser and heat exchanger cleaners, 0.75–2.00 HP, tube ID 6.4–38.1 mm, 910 or 1440 rpm
• BT-PTC: portable electric cleaner, 0.5 HP, tube ID 6.4–25.4 mm; a solenoid valve lets water flow only while the machine runs
• BT-PTC-400: extra heavy-duty pneumatic cleaner, 4 HP, 0–3000 rpm, 30 kg, on a mobile dolly
• BT-PPTC-150: compact portable pneumatic cleaner, 1.5 HP, 0–3000 rpm, 15 kg, for tubes from ¼ inch ID
• BT-HPTC-20 / BT-HPTC-30: hand-held pneumatic cleaners with coupled hollow shafts for 4.8–25.4 mm and 22.2–51.0 mm tube ID
• BT-CTCS: chiller tube cleaning system with a ¾ HP motor for internally enhanced tubes
• TCM-V3: water-driven system for 32–102 mm tubes, minimum water pressure 25 bar
