Tube Cleaning Machine and Tools

The LKS tube cleaning machine is an electric-driven shaft machine with a simultaneous water flush, designed by LKS especially for water tube boilers. The shaft drives the cleaning tool while water is flushed through the tube at the same time, and the machine can clean straight, bent and tee tubes. It has been used for on-site cleaning of Babcock, Vickers Hoskins, Yoshimine and Maxitherm boilers, among others. A complete range of tube cleaner tools in all sizes is available to suit the tube bore and the type of deposit.

Tools

• Brushes: nylon tube scrubbers, nylon brushes with rubber ends for soft deposits, dual-diameter nylon and brass brushes, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel and plastic brushes, cup and wheel brushes, turk head, double spiral, multi-purpose and heavy-duty expanding brushes
• Orange nylon brushes on plastic or wood dowels for soft deposits
• Scrapers: adjustable scraper tools, adjustable triangular scrapers and expanding scrapers
• Cutter heads: open and closed HZ, WA, SA and H type (single, two and three layer)
• Flare and cone tools: rigid and flexible arm flare cone tools, single, double, disc and drill cone assemblies, and universal nylon rod (flare) tools
• Grinding, buffing and cutting tools, including buffing tools with drill tip, power spin-grit brushes, rotating cutting wheel tools and carbide drills
• Drive parts: flexible shafts, flex hub assemblies, universal joints and replacement blades

Portable pneumatic tube cleaners

• PPTC-PE-C-10: typically used on oil coolers, small heat exchangers and condensers
• PPTC-PE-CP-315: typically used on larger-diameter tubes of process equipment, heat exchangers and condensers
