About the Ethernet Surge Protector LP-C/RJ45/S.

The LP-C/RJ45/S is a finger-sized Ethernet surge protector that connects in series in a CAT6 network cable. Compatible with 10/100/1000/10000 (10G) Base-T Ethernet systems, it protects equipment connected to the network, such as computers, routers and PoE devices, against damage from overvoltage surges caused by lightning. The circuit uses high-speed surge protection devices with fast response and low output residual voltage, giving multi-level fine protection on lines 1, 2, 3 and 6 while keeping insertion loss at or below 0.5 dB.
