About the Aluminium RJ45 Network Surge Protector LP-C/RJ45/L.

The LP-C/RJ45/L is an RJ45 network signal lightning protector housed in an aluminium profile shell. It is connected in line between the network cable and the protected device, diverting lightning surge currents before they reach modems, servers or hubs. A multi-level fine protection circuit combines gas discharge tubes and fast diodes, giving a low output residual voltage while keeping transmission loss at ≤ 0.5 dB. The standard LP-C/RJ45/L protects lines 1, 2, 3 and 6 at 100 MHz; the LP-C/RJ45/LK version protects all eight lines at 1000 MHz.
