Single Parameter Gas Analyzer

Single parameter gas analyzers for mercury, VOC and laser extractive measurement in stacks and process lines, with Modbus outputs. Supplied by LKS in Malaysia.

About this range

Single Parameter Gas Analyzer

A single parameter gas analyzer is dedicated to one measurement, such as mercury or total volatile organic compounds, rather than a full suite of flue gases. Plants add one when a specific pollutant must be tracked continuously, or when a process stream needs a reliable reading of a single component. These analyzers work alongside dust monitors and multigas analyzers within a continuous emission monitoring system. LKS (M) Sdn. Bhd. supplies and commissions single parameter gas analyzers for power, chemical and oil and gas sites in Malaysia.

Our range

  • Mercury gas analyzer GHg: cold vapour atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry (CV-AFS) for elemental, ionic and total gaseous mercury, with a detection limit down to 0.05 µg/m³.
  • VOC gas analyzer FID (GFID): separates volatile organic compounds on a heated chromatographic column and detects them by flame ionisation, from 0.01 to 1000 ppm as methane.
  • VOC gas analyzer LK-1000F: a compact photoionisation (PID) analyzer with a built-in suction pump, measuring 0 to 6000 ppm in an IP66 weatherproof panel.
  • Laser extractive gas analyzer GLE: a flameproof bypass-type tunable laser analyzer, rated Ex d IIC T6 Gb, for gas that is too hot, wet, dusty or pressurised for in-situ measurement.

Applications

  • Mercury monitoring of power plant stack emissions
  • VOC monitoring in chemical processing plants
  • Oil and gas facilities and other hazardous areas
  • On-line process analysis in small pipes or harsh sample conditions
  • Adding a dedicated parameter to an existing CEMS

How to choose

  • Identify the target compound and the concentration range you must cover.
  • Consider sample conditions: high temperature, humidity, dust or pressure point towards an extractive design.
  • Check whether the installation is in a hazardous area and needs a flameproof analyzer.
  • Confirm the output needed by your data system; several models provide RS485 Modbus RTU.
