Overview
About the Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter FDPT.
The FDPT flush diaphragm pressure transmitter from Bont Technologies measures the gauge, absolute or sealed gauge pressure of non-corrosive gases and liquids. Its sensing element is an HT series piezoresistive, silicon oil-filled sensor with a flush diaphragm, and an integrated amplifier circuit converts the sensor signal into a standard output such as 4–20 mA. Because the diaphragm is flush with the process connection, the transmitter is mainly used where high sanitary conditions are required, including food and beverage, medical, biological and chemical applications.
Features
- Flush diaphragm in 316L with a full stainless steel construction
- Wide measuring range, from 0 … 35 kPa up to 0 … 20 MPa
- Accuracy ±0.5%, long-term stability ±0.1% FS/year (typical)
- Various output signals: 4–20 mA, 0–10/20 mA and 0/1–5 VDC
- Adjustable on site
- IP65 protection, Ex ia IIC T6 marking and CE certification
- 15–28 VDC power supply
