WSPH1001 High Temperature pH Sensor

The WSPH1001 high temperature pH sensor is a glass pH electrode built with a heat-resistant gel dielectric and a solid dielectric in a double liquid junction structure. The sensor detects the concentration of H+ ions in the water and converts the electrochemical signal into a voltage, which a pH meter turns into a pH reading. It measures 0 to 14.00 pH at process temperatures up to 130 °C and can be sterilised directly at up to 130 °C. Because the electrolyte never needs refilling, maintenance is low. The sensor can be used in the laboratory or directly in the process; in harsh environments it is fitted in a housing.

How it works

• H+ ions in the sample create an electrochemical signal at the glass membrane
