About this range
Conductivity
Conductivity meters and sensors measure how well water conducts electricity, a direct indication of its dissolved salts, purity or chemical concentration. Power plants use conductivity to watch boiler feed and pure water, treatment plants track it in sewage and seawater, and chemical plants use it to follow acid or alkali strength. LKS (M) Sdn. Bhd. supplies online and portable conductivity instruments from TGI German Technologies for water quality monitoring in Malaysia.

Our range
- Industrial conductivity sensors: five cell constants from K=0.01 to K=30, covering 0–20 µS/cm up to 30–600 mS/cm, with titanium alloy or platinum electrodes.
- WMEC1001 conductivity meter: an online meter for conductivity and resistivity with automatic temperature compensation and isolated 4–20 mA output.
- WSDEC1001 conductivity sensor: a digital four-electrode sensor, 0–2000 µS/cm, with RS485 Modbus RTU over up to 500 m and remote calibration.
- WSEC1001 inductive conductivity sensor: an electrodeless design with a PP body for harsh chemicals and high acid concentrations, free from polarisation and clogging errors.
- PMEC1001 portable conductivity meter: a handheld meter that also reads TDS, salinity, resistivity and temperature.
Applications
- Pure and ultra-pure water systems
- Power plant boiler and steam water chemistry
- Sewage and wastewater treatment
- Seawater treatment
- Acid and alkali concentration in chemical processing
- Field checks and spot sampling
How to choose
- Match the cell constant to the expected conductivity: low K for pure water, high K for brines and chemicals.
- Use an inductive sensor where electrodes would foul or corrode.
- Choose between an online meter with 4–20 mA, a digital Modbus sensor, or a portable meter for spot checks.
LKS can configure the sensor and meter pair, install it on your line and calibrate it. Contact our engineers to select the right conductivity measurement.
