Our range

• Biogas Analyzer System BGA-1000F: an online analyser that measures up to four gases, CH4 (0 to 100% vol), CO2 (0 to 50% vol), H2S (0 to 1% vol) and O2 (0 to 25% vol), using NDIR sensors for CH4 and CO2 and electrochemical cells for the others. It sits in a sealed stainless steel cabinet for corrosive surroundings and offers programmable auto drain, auto zero calibration, 4–20 mA outputs and alarm contacts.
• Biogas leak safety control system: combines explosion-proof fixed gas detectors rated Exd IIC T6 and gas alarm controllers with the BGA-1000F analyser, giving continuous analysis of the biogas stream and leak alarms in one scheme. The system carries Suruhanjaya Tenaga approval.

How to choose

• Decide which gases you need: methane and carbon dioxide for yield, H2S for scrubber and engine protection, O2 for safety.
• Areas where biogas can escape call for explosion-proof detectors and an alarm controller, not an analyser alone.
• Check which 4–20 mA and alarm signals your PLC or SCADA expects.
