Chart Recorder

Hybrid Recorder

Model PHC

PHC hybrid recorder: a 100 mm recorder that combines paper chart and paperless recording, with up to 12 inputs, 25 ms sampling, internal and USB data backup, and RS485/Ethernet communication for real-time data transfer.

Overview

About the Hybrid Recorder PHC.

The PHC hybrid recorder is a 100 mm panel-mounted recorder that combines the functions of a paper chart recorder and a paperless recorder in one unit. Measurements are printed on chart paper and, at the same time, stored in internal memory with backup to USB memory. If the recording paper runs out, the data saved in internal memory can be printed later, so the unit also works as a data logger. A graphic LCD shows the readings, and RS485 and Ethernet communication transfer real-time data to other systems.

Features

  • Combines paper and paperless recording in one instrument
  • Prints saved internal data after a paper run-out (data logger function)
  • Internal data backup to USB memory (user supplied, up to 32 GB)
  • 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 input channels, expandable in 2-channel cards
  • 25 ms high-speed sampling and recording speeds up to 240 mm/h
  • STN graphic LCD, 320 × 120 pixels, with adjustable brightness and white LED backlight
  • Functions include record colour, record zone, digital input filter, delay alarm, record speed change and backup data recording
  • IP40 front panel

Options

  • Digital inputs: none, 6 or 12
  • Alarm transistor outputs: none, 6 or 12
  • Alarm relay outputs: none, 4, 8 or 12
  • Transmitter power outputs: none, 3, 6, 9 or 12
  • Communication: RS485 + Ethernet + USB
