About this range
Turbine Flow Meter
A turbine flow meter measures water flow by counting the revolutions of a rotor turned by the moving water, giving a direct totalised volume. Woltman-type turbine flow meters are a common choice for large pipelines, where low head loss and a clear mechanical register matter. They are used by water operators, building services and industrial plants that need dependable volume readings for billing or consumption tracking. LKS (M) Sdn. Bhd. supplies turbine flow meters for hot and cold water service in Malaysia.

Our range
- Hot/cold liquid turbine flow meter CWM / HWM: a Woltman turbine water meter for DN50 to DN600 pipelines. The CWM version covers cold water from 0 to 50 °C and the HWM version hot water from 0 to 90 °C.
Key features of the range:
- Dry-dial register with magnetic drive, so the counter is separated from the water.
- Vacuum-sealed register that stays free of condensation and keeps the reading clear.
- Low head loss through the meter body.
- Resistance to water hammer and pollution.
- A removable measuring element for easier servicing.
Applications
- Revenue metering on water supply mains
- Bulk water consumption monitoring in factories
- Hot water circuits in buildings and process plants
- Water and wastewater treatment plant lines
- Cooling and utility water distribution
How to choose
- Select the CWM or HWM version according to water temperature.
- Match the meter size to the pipeline, between DN50 and DN600.
- Use this meter for clean water; liquids with solids or other media suit a different principle from our wider flow meter range.
