About this range

Remote Monitoring Units

Remote monitoring units collect live signals from analysers, flow meters and other field instruments and send them off site, so readings can be viewed and reported without someone standing at the cabinet. For emission and effluent monitoring this means managers, consultants and authorities can check data from anywhere. LKS supplies remote monitoring units in Malaysia for plants that need dependable, cloud-based access to their measurement data, including remote sites such as palm oil mills and wastewater outfalls.

Our range

  • Cloud Monitoring System CLOUD 4.0: a GSM-based unit with up to 20 isolated analogue input channels accepting 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA signals. Data goes to a cloud system database that keeps history reports, while mobile apps give quick access to current values. Daily and monthly reports arrive by email, user access levels control who sees what, and 24-hour backup power keeps logging through supply interruptions.

Applications

  • Remote viewing of CEMS analyser outputs
  • Effluent and wastewater discharge monitoring
  • Palm oil mill monitoring and reporting
  • Open channel flow data logging
  • Multi-site oversight for environmental managers
  • Automated daily and monthly compliance reports

How to choose

  • Count the analogue signals you need to transmit; CLOUD 4.0 handles up to 20 channels.
  • Check GSM coverage at the installation point.
  • Decide who needs access and at which user level, and who should receive the emailed reports.

LKS can install the remote monitoring unit, wire it to your existing instruments and commission the cloud account, with ongoing support from our Shah Alam team. Get in touch to discuss your site or request a quotation.
