A. How do I place an order?
So, here’s how:
1. At the Product Page, select your Product and Optional Accessories, if necessary, then click “Add to Cart” button.
2. After you have filled your shopping cart and checked the details, then click on “Checkout” button.
3. You will be led to a “Sign Up” page. Sign in if you have already registered as member. If not, you may Sign Up a free new account with us.
4. After your account has been confirmed, login and proceed to “Checkout”. When you have confirmed the details, clicks on “Confirm Order”
5. After order has successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email in your email.
B. How do I create an account?
1. First, clicks on “Create an Account” on the top right corner.
2. Then, fill in all the details and clicks on “Continue”. All details are private and confidential in accordance to Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
3. After your registration is completed, you will be receiving confirmation email once your account has been approved.
And you are done. WELCOME!
C. How do I edit the information on my account?
You are allowed to update your account information and personal details by simply clicks on “My Account” tab at the top right side of the page. From there, you able to edit your account information, change your password or modify your address book. Once you are done, clicks on “Continue” to ensure you details are successfully updated.
D. How do I review my orders history?
First, you click on “Order History” tab at the top right of the page. In the page, you will be able to see the orders you have been made with us along with the corresponding Order ID. By clicking on “View” icon, you will be able to view your full order details and check on your order status.
E. Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?
Order is confirmed once your order has been successfully placed. If you have found an error or changed your mind shortly after placing an order, please kindly contact us at +(6)03-5124 0822 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.30pm), and we will modify your order accordingly. (Note: Terms and Condition Apply)
If your order has been placed more than 24 hours, your order might ready to be shipped. In either case, please contact us for further assistance as soon as possible.
Please take noted that order cancellation fees will be charged upon every cancellation of order as stated in Terms & Conditions.
