SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to delivery your orders within 7 days from the date of payment receive based on the availability of stock. For item we need to source from oversea or from our suppliers, the delivery lead time ranges are 2 - 3 weeks, 4 - 6weeks, 6 - 8weeks, 8 - 10weeks, and 14 - 16 weeks.
In-Stock: Within 7 days
Ex-Stock: Within 2 – 3 weeks
Pre Order: Within 4 – 6 weeks
We do not offer FREE delivery. Shipment fees may be applied depend on the weight and delivery area of your order. However, you might receive coupon voucher for being as our loyal customer under our loyalty program. Terms and conditions apply.
We offer local shipment and international shipment. We deliver by POS LAJU (Within Malaysia) and FedEx (International). Note: International Shipments will be categorized into different Zone Index, kindly refer to get shipments quote to the right zone region.
If you do not receive your items within the delivery lead time as expected, please contact us at 603-5124 0822 or email to us info@lkssb.com.my, by providing us your Order ID.
RETURN POLICY
In the rare circumstances that your item has a defect, customer shall immediately inform us or within the same day office hour 8.30am to 17.30pm by call to 603-5124 0822 . You may also fill in our Returns Slip, and we will attend to you within 24 hours.
Defect item can be returned to address as below:

Defect item shall return in the orginal packaging together with consignment of receipt and proof of purchase within 14 days, countdown from the date you received the item.
Upon receipt of the defective item, we will examine and notify you via email within 2 - 3 working days. All sold items are not refundable. We only exchange goods if it is found defective or damaged.
All return and replacement postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
